Reader, Watching a documentary about the life of Tasha Tudor inspired me to slow down and become more intentional in creating a home filled with art and nature, gratitude and good books. Sasha led a simple life, filled with peace and joy. I long for the same, so I have been:

  • reading more
  • picking up a paintbrush on occasion
  • bringing nature indoors, and
  • becoming more intentional in finding moments in my day to rest and show gratitude

It feels good to make daily efforts at living a better life. I'd love to hear what efforts you have been taking to slow down and fill life with more simplicity, peace, and joy. Simply reply to this email!

Such is the dichotomy of life with its rollercoaster of emotions and experiences⎯the...
